中国的建设狂热
席卷全球的经济危机来了，中国也多少正在被卷入其中。现在中国政府希望通过大力投资基础建设来继续维持国内经济的高速平稳发展，正如昨日（2008年11月29日）汇丰的王志浩 （ Stephen Green ）的讲座中说到，在中国的经济学家无法看到眼前的五指，国家的基础建设策略收效如何只能通过时间来说明，我们希望大家都能有信心。事实上，可能是由于演讲场合的缘故，王先生的有些观点昨天也没有说出来。下面推荐的这篇文章中有些见地可能是和 Stephen 的那些没说出来的观点是类似的，不过听着不太顺耳。 Continue reading
